Hi, I'm Jaelen

          I love RPG games and shooters like Mass Effect, but I have always had a soft spot for anything fantasy related as well. My favorite feeling in a game is when your rewarded as a player after finding secrets and doing optional objectives in a game. Exploring every nook and cranny of a level and even returning to areas just to highlight that one corner of a dungeon you missed is my kind of play style. I was so intrigued by levels and how they were made that I wanted to learn how to make them myself.

        Not only do I explore options in games, but I also explore options in my everyday life. I have visited many places and interacted with different types of cultures, which is honestly an amazing feeling. I have visited several different countries such as Jamaica and Guyana, learning about their cultures. I am also great at making friends. I pry myself at knowing everyone in a room and checking up on them on a daily bases. I am always interested in talking to people about games and life, learning more about them in he process.

         Outside of school work I have devoted much time to volunteering. I have had experience teaching children about aeronautics in an aviation academy using simulations. I have also worked with different charity organizations ranging from church services to dismantling computers for community parts. I find great joy in helping others around me.

     Aside from video games, my hobbies include cooking, baking, Taekwondo, and anime. I always enjoy learning a new recipe and have a real knack for baking deserts. I am a second degree black belt in Taekwondo and always enjoy suggestions for mew anime to watch. I have a love for dogs and always ready to try new things.
